Introduction

Web 2.0 identified the changes that occurred on the Internet, from Static pages, or page content constructed by Web professionals, to content created by internet users. Probably the best example is the sites like Encyclopedia Britannica, and Microsoft's Encarta, being upstaged by the user contributed Wikipedia.
