A report is a way to display the data in your database. You can use a report to combine data from many tables and by using a query display only selected data from your database.
Create a report
Access 2007 makes it easy to create a report
With the people table selected, choose the Create tab and Select Report, (and that's pretty much all there is!!.. for now)
Save the report
Save the report as rptPeople
