  • Juggling is a useful activity to releive stress and give you a break from your PC. It is also good for developing left-brain right-brain coordination.
  • Following will be a selection of patterns for you to learn and try.
  • Note
    • Even number of balls should stay with same hand
    • Odd number of balls can be used to cross over.

Half shower

Flash start to cascade

  • Hold all balls in one hand
  • Toss so that front ball goes higher than other two
  • Continue with cascade
