• Internet Explorer Settings: To get the best quality printouts from IE 
  • Set printing to  Print background colors and images, by
    Tools | Internet options | Advanced | and
    scroll to Printing then check
    [x] Print background colors and images
  • Each page has been designed to be printed on one A4 page if all margins are set to 16mm, with no headers & footers. (In IE you can reduce the fonts if pages don't fit A4)

Workbook can be printed by;

• Clicking on the topic in the left hand frame, then 
• click on the right hand frame, then
• click the browser's print icon.

Start with the cover and work through the topics with a icon. ( A indicates a handout, while a indicates an OHT).

The cover has a text field to add your own heading. Highlight the "<>" displayed then overtype with your heading. To delete the "<>" just highlight them, then press [Delete].
