Creating Icons with Paint

1. Start up Paint
2. Choose File | New
3. Choose Image | Attributes, select Pels and type 32 for height and width, then [Ok]
4. If you have captured a screen, Edit | Paste, and click [No] when "enlarge the bitmap" appears
   Drag until the icon appears, then click any tool to complete the paste.
5. Edit the picture
6. Choose File | Save As, and type the name in double quotes with the .ico extension. eg "myicon.ico"
7. You can now set the "icon" to your applications. (Generally right mouse and select Properties | Change Icon).
