Notes:

In the File name dialog box
- If the Save as type box contains an extension (here *.ppt) you do not need to type the extension
- Do not add a full stop (.) ti the end of a file name.
- Check if your file server (where the file is to be saved) will accept long file names.
  If not stick to an 8 character code with no spaces.

If you have given the file a name (using save as) you can use the [Save] button to update the file on the disk.

Notes:
- The first time you use the [Save] button the system will automatically default to [Save As]
- It is good practice NOT to use the system default file names.
