Cover
	A cover may be used when the guides are printed. Before printing Check if there are any form fields, you can put in your own data eg. Tutor: M Verhaart Delete any Header and footer data in Page setup in the browser Adjust margins as appropriate. I am using a Laser 4Plus with all margins set to 16mm (0.7 inch).
Index
	If an index is desired you can use the one provided, and placing a tick in the check box to indicate which pages are included.

Guide pages
