STOIK Software Morphing

Loading the source and target frames

  • Load up Hijack morph
  • Single click the source box and select a source picture
  • Single click the target box and select a target picture
  • Click on the Source and target window to view the images in their actual size.

Setting points

Setting points enables points in the source image to correctly march points in the target image (For example, a nose will map to a nose)
  • Select the "Show lines and points on image"
  • To set a new point, in the source window hold [Shift] and left mouse click, the markers will appear simultaneously in both source and target windows.
  • Move the point in the target window as appropriate.

Notes

  • To draw a line hold [Ctrl] and left mouse click.
  • To drawing two points at the end of a line hold [Ctrl] + [Shift] and left mouse click.
  • Use to delete ALL lines and points.
  • Use to switch the sets of selected points and lines between the destination and the target images;
  • Use to save the lines/points to a file (*.mli)

Saving the animation

  • Set Name to the file name you want.
  • Use to access file format and save options
  • Use to create the animation.
  • Run your animation. Note that here 5 frames at 15 frames per second is pretty quick!!
