The diagram illustrates;

• Table design view - enables you to design the table by specifying;
  Field names, types and properties (Size, format, etc.)
• Table datasheet view - enables you to enter the data in a table (spreadsheet like) view.
• Table form view - enables you to enter the data in a form (record or card) view.
  • Formula - Note that the table does not contain wages, but the form view has the wages formula entered (=[HourlyRate]*[HrsWorked])
