• I reserve the right to change the files under the grouping(s). (for example by combining files, or removing no longer active files)
• All files are being reviewed and enhanced on an on-going basis.
• Some files are "under development".
• All files are supplied "As is".
• I have used a variety of styles to present the material, often due to "finding" new features or trying out other alternatives., and often because it enhances the presentation of a particular topic.
• When you register you will be sent a CD-ROM with my current knowledge base. Additional CD-ROMs can be generated at the Single user update rate ($60).
• If you want students to have external (internet) access to the knowledge base could you send me an email.
• If possible please send me a copy of your logo. This can be on letterhead or better still e-mail me a graphic. This will then be displayed in the knowledge base.

• New means you wish to become a registered user, update means you are an existing registered user and wish to update to a newer version.
• All prices are in NZ dollars and are fixed until December 31 2001. Since I am not GST registered, there is NO GST content.
• Non-New Zealand orders add NZ$15 to the order, and payment is required with the order - unless prior arrangements are made.
• All software supplied on CD-ROM.
• I have NO facility for credit card payment !
• Order numbers will only be accepted for site licences, and only for New Zealand customers, unless prior arrangements are made.

• I am endeavouring to put a web reference to clients of the knowledge base with the knowledge base.
• If you do not have a web presence I can include details about your organisation (email, url, etc).
• This would go out with the CD-ROM to all purchasers of the knowledge base. The basic list would be updated on my Internet home page (I don't have enough room for individual home pages).
