Printing out guides
- Before printing
- Delete any Header and footer data in Page setup in the browser
- Adjust margins as appropriate.
- On the HPLaser 4Plus I tested the pages at 16mm or 0.6 inch margins.
- If you are printing on a shared printer use the page setup dialog box to add a header or footer with your name or identification.
- If your printer produces a page just longer than the A4 page, in Internet Explorer reduce the font to smaller, then print again.

One common question is how do you printout the pages with a black background and white text. The simplest way is to set you browser so that the page colours are overridden. (remember to reset them when you have finished).
